At Diamonds of Deal, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following shipping policy:
Order Processing & Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items, and the rest of your order will be shipped when the item becomes available. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items and your location.
Delivery Timeframes
The date of delivery may vary depending on the carrier, delivery location, delivery method, and the quantity of items ordered. Please note that your order may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery times may also be subject to additional shipping charges depending on your location and the size of your order.
Taxes & Duties You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, and excise duties.
Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive damaged items, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt to resolve the issue.
Order Reservations & Payment Once we receive your order, Diamonds of Deal may charge your credit/debit card to check stock availability and reserve your item. Goods are subject to availability. In rare cases, if the item you selected is no longer available, our Diamond Consultant will offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to proceed with the replacement, you will receive a full refund. Diamonds of Deal is not responsible for delays in payment. If the reservation is successful, but payment is not finalized or the order is cancelled before shipment, you may incur an administrative fee.
Pricing & Errors
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website, including delivery cost and VAT (if applicable) at the time of order. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our pricing, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled. In the event you cancel an order and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Ownership & Returns
Goods remain the property of Diamonds of Deal until fully paid for. If you receive goods that have not been fully paid for, you must return them immediately upon request. Diamonds of Deal will cover the delivery costs but may charge interest if the goods are not returned promptly.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Diamonds of Deal for all costs incurred in obtaining payment in the event of failed payment.
Delivery Carriers & Insurance
We use professional, reputable delivery carriers to ship your order. All shipments are fully insured, ensuring that your order is shipped risk-free. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please make sure you or someone authorized is available to sign for the receipt of your order.
For shipments exceeding £5,000, a valid identification document and matching utility bill address are required for delivery.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once the delivery is accepted, the responsibility for the merchandise’s insurance and protection transfers to you. Diamonds of Deal is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been accepted.
Alternate Shipping Addresses
We can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. However, as a security measure, you must be present to receive and sign for the delivery, along with presenting a valid identification document. This helps protect you against fraudulent charges.
